מדיניות משלוח, החזרה והחלפה
ספרים ומוצרים שיישלחו בדואר רשום ולא יגיעו ליעדם יישלחו בשנית או תתואם דרך איסוף חלופית. ספרים ומוצרים שיגיעו פגומים יוחלפו, יש להוכיח שהם פגומים על ידי צילום האריזה והספר/מוצר בעת פתיחתו כולל צילום האריזה המקורית.
החלפת ספרים או מוצרים בשל סיבות העדפה תתבצע על חשבון הלקוח (בדואר) או באיסוף עצמי תוך באריזה המקורית בלבד ותוך שבועיים מיום קבלת המוצר, בתנאי שהספר/ מוצר שלם ובמצב החדש שבו הגיע ולא נעשה בו כל שימוש. נא לתעד את זמן הגעת המוצר ולהודיע על כך למייל tomer.rose12@gmail.com ביחד עם בקשת ההחלפה ולתאם את אופן ההחלפה, שתכלול תוספת של מחיר המשלוח הנוסף במידה שיתבקש משלוח בדואר.
במידה והספר/מוצר החדש יעלה יותר, תידרשו להוסיף תשלום בהתאם. תוספת התשלום תתבצע דרך BIT, Paybox או בהעברה בנקאית, אפשר גם במזומן במידה שההחלפה תתבצע באיסוף עצמי.
במידה והספר/מוצר החדש יעלה פחות, ההפרש במחיר יקוזז ממחיר המשלוח החדש, או יוחזר במעמד האיסוף העצמי.
Shipping & Returns Policy IN ISRAEL
Books and products that are sent by registered mail and do not reach their destination will be sent again or an alternative collection method will be arranged. Books and products that arrive damaged will be replaced; you must prove that they are damaged by taking a photo of the original packaging and the book/product when it is opened and send it to 052/5096139 or tomer.rose12@gmail.com.
Exchange of books or products due to reasons of preference will be carried out at the customer's expense (by mail) or by self-collection with the original packaging only and within two weeks of receiving the product, provided that the book/product is intact and in perfectly new condition and has not been used in any way. Please document the product's arrival time and notify me at tomer.rose12@gmail.com along with the exchange request and coordinate the exchange method, which will include an addition of the additional shipping price if delivery by mail is requested.
If the new book/product costs more, you will be required to add to the price accordingly. The additional payment will be made through BIT, Paybox or by bank transfer, it is also possible in cash if the exchange is made by self-collection. If the new book costs less, the difference in price will be deduced from the additional shipping or reimbursed in the case of self-collection.
